Organisation

EuDA is managed by the Board of Directors. The Board consists of one representative of each member. EuDA’s activities are organised in permanent committees and temporary working groups. These working groups provide the EuDA Board with the necessary technical support and expert advice, upon which it can base its decisions and define its strategies.
Following the Board’s approval, these working groups then implement EuDA’s European strategic, political and technical actions.

The Environment Committee (Env Com) is a permanent committee established by EuDA to provide its Board with expert advice on issues with environmental legislation faced by the members inside the EU, which can have a significant impact on the European Dredging Industry.

The Market Access Committee (MarCom) is a permanent committee established by EuDA to provide the EuDA Board with expert advice on issues inside and outside the EU relating to market access, trade and international affairs, which can have a significant impact on the European Dredging Industry.

The Social Committee (Soc Com) is a permanent committee established by EuDA to provide the EuDA Board with expert advice and support on labour and social related issues (primarily in European legislation), which can have a significant impact on the European Dredging Industry.

The Secretariat organises and coordinates the day-to-day work of EuDA.
